What an incredible conclusion to The Nordic Summit in Malmö!

Day 2 took us deep into the forces reshaping retail – from building resilient payment systems in collaboration between retailers and central banks, to understanding how digital wallets are evolving into central hubs for loyalty and customer engagement.

We explored the future of seamless payments and ended with one of the most pressing question of our time: What happens with consumers trust in the age of agentic commerce?
