Nordic initiative will host working groups with development "On The Fly". The retail working group meetings will result in data entry points used for speedy design, prototypes and development. The goal is to fast establish a visualization.

The working groups responsibility is to set a topic and derive different sub components in order to reach a possible solution. The topics and components will be evaluated through iterations
Evaluation & Feedback
The development team will create design inspiration and wireframes to define a visualization based on the topics and components.
Iterations & testing
Through iterations and testing between the working groups and development team the idea will be refined and constructed on the fly.
